CAROLLO AND CHAPPELL APPOINTED TO ERIEBANK ADVISORY BOARD

Inajo ChappellWesley Gillespie, Regional President of ERIEBANK, is pleased to announce that Joe Carollo and Inajo Davis Chappell have been elected to the ERIEBANK Ohio Advisory Board. In this capacity, they will provide leadership and guidance as ERIEBANK continues its development.
 
"Joe and Inajo will be vital resources for ERIEBANK," said Mr. Gillespie. "Their combined
knowledge and experience will be extremely valuable to growing relationships with businesses and organizations in the Cleveland area."
 
Mr. Carollo is President of Jani-King of Cleveland, an office he opened Joe Carollohimself in 1991. Jani-King provides tailored janitorial services and commercial cleaning for offices, hospitals, restaurants, and many other venues. In this role, he builds relationships with businesses and organizations by providing exceptional customer experience.
 
Originally from Maple Heights, Mr. Carollo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from John Carroll University. He and his wife, Pam, have two children, Shane and Alyssa. Mr. Carollo is currently a member of the Master Franchise Advisory Board and volunteers at the local foodbank.
 
Regarding his appointment to the ERIEBANK Ohio Advisory Board, Mr. Carollo said, “It is a privilege to be able to share input and ideas to better the relationship between the bank and its customers.”
 
Ms. Chappell is a partner at Ulmer & Berne LLP and has been with the firm since 1996. She is also the Group Leader of the firm’s Nonprofit Group, which represents more than 100 exempt organizations ranging from social service agencies to arts groups, health organizations, foundations, community development corporations, educational, and governmental institutions. In addition, she also handles legal matters for for-profit businesses, focusing her practice on various aspects of corporate law and governance, general business transactions, and commercial real estate acquisition, development, construction, and financing.
 
Originally from New Orleans, Ms. Chappell currently resides in Solon, OH with her husband, John. Ms. Chappell is a graduate of Yale, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and African American Studies. Following Yale, she received her Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School. An active civic leader and community volunteer, Ms. Chappell serves on the boards of several nonprofits, including Say Yes Cleveland Scholarship, Inc. and the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections, and was recently named to Savoy Magazine’s Most Influential Black Lawyers list for the positive impact she has had on her community.
 
Regarding her appointment to the ERIEBANK Ohio Advisory Board, Ms. Chappell said, “I am excited to join the ERIEBANK team, where the goal is to find ways to say “YES” to customers. I look forward to serving as an ambassador for the Bank, as it implements a growth strategy and expands its geographic footprint.”
