ERIEBANK Establishes Ohio Advisory Board, Appoints Members
Mentor, Ohio - March 13, 2017
David J. Zimmer, president of ERIEBANK, has announced the formation of an Ohio Advisory Board and the appointment of seven inaugural members. The board will provide leadership and guidance as ERIEBANK continues to develop its presence in the northeast Ohio region.
“We are very pleased to establish the Ohio Advisory Board with members who possess a wide range of expertise and skills, and who are deeply committed to the success of the region,” Zimmer said. “We look forward to working with them as we seek innovative ways to serve customers and help businesses grow in northeast Ohio.”
ERIEBANK’s Ohio Advisory Board includes:
Dr. Lundon Albrecht – Dr. Albrecht is a dentist with Albrecht Family Dentistry and a consultant for Coltene, a global developer and manufacturer of dental products. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University and volunteers for Perry Little League and his church — having previously completed a two-year mission trip in Alabama and Florida. Dr. Albrecht is a native of Perry, where he resides with his wife and two children.
Jennifer Brown – Ms. Brown is an economic development specialist with CT Consultants. She previously served for 11 years as the assistant city manager of the City of Geneva, Ohio, and as a project manager with the Growth Partnership for Ashtabula County. Ms. Brown serves on the board of the Geneva Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Ohio City Managers Association. She is a graduate of Mohawk Valley Community College and the State University of New York at Oswego. She and her husband are parents of a teenage son.
Richard Flenner, Jr. – Mr. Flenner retired after a successful 50-year career in the banking industry. He previously served as president of both Lake National Bank and Great Lakes Bank, and served on the boards of both institutions. He is currently a member of the Perry Library Board and previously served as a board member of Leadership Lake County and the Lake Hospital Foundation. He and his wife, Linda, have five adult children.
Bryce Heinbaugh – Mr. Heinbaugh is a managing partner with IEN Risk Management Consultants, a business he founded in 2003. He serves on the boards of the Greater Ashtabula Chamber of Commerce, After School Discovery, Demshar Foundation and Scholarship Fund and the Lift Bridge Community Association. A native of Ashtabula, Mr. Heinbaugh earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Baldwin- Wallace University. He and his wife, Lisa, are parents of two children.
Richard Kessler -- A retired chief financial officer, Mr. Kessler currently serves as volunteer president of the Society for Rehabilitation. He serves as a board member of Lake Erie College and the Lakeland Community College Foundation. He also has served on the boards of the Hospice of the Western Reserve, United Way and the Boys and Girls Clubs of America in Cleveland. Mr. Kessler is a native of East Cleveland and a graduate of the University of Dayton and the Harvard University Corporate Financial Management Program. He and his wife, Ellen, are parents of an adult daughter.
Shawn Neece – Mr. Neece is managing director of NMS Certified Public Accountants and an adjunct professor of accounting at Lake Erie College. Originally from northeast Ohio, he earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Cleveland State University and a master’s degree in accountancy from Kent State University. He is married with three children.
Joseph Svete – President of Svete & McGee Company, LPA, Mr. Svete has served as an attorney at law for more than 50 years. He is a former board member of Great Lakes Bank and served as chairman of the board of Lake National Bank and vice chairman of the Ohio Bar Liability Insurance Company. He also previously served on the board of Lake Erie College and as president of the Ohio State Bar Association. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering administration and a juris doctor from Cleveland Marshall Law School. He and his wife, Rosalie, are parents of three adult children.
